We partner with the best fiat-to-crypto payment gateways and present them in a single plug-in for crypto-platforms such as wallets, DeFi apps and trading platforms. Their users can then buy crypto easily in-platform when needed. This is one of the most important intersections for web3/meta.

As our first growth marketer, you’ll have the opportunity to play a key role in the marketing efforts for a fast-paced high-growth start-up/scale-up.

We are looking for a killer not a filler. A recruiting intern is responsible for assisting the Head of People as well as Leadership here at Onramper on recruiting processes, identifying potential candidates, screening and conducting phone interview and supporting on onboarding procedures.

You will be :

  • Create job postings on the organisation's job boards and other online platforms ensuring the accuracy of qualifications and requirements based on the guidelines set by hiring managers of different departments.

  • Schedule interviews, screen resumes, and collect other requirements from the successful candidate.

  • Supporting on organising recruiting events.

You are

  • Passionated about topic in HR and Recruiting

  • Detail oriented

  • Creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Able to work effectively, positively

  • Great project management skillset

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite

  • You are currently studying in the area of HR

  • You are living in the Netherlands and can commute to our office in Amsterdam
